By adding Azra to your Discord server, by using the Azra web dashboard, or by otherwise accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bluebell Solutions LLP ("Bluebell", "we", "us", "our"). Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.
You may use the service only if:
Azra provides a Discord bot and accompanying web dashboard offering features including but not limited to: moderation tools, automated anti-spam and anti-nuke protection, a leveling and XP system, giveaway management, ticket system, reaction roles, welcome messages, social media notifications, and server analytics.
The service requires the bot to be present in your Discord server. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use the service to:
Content you upload or configure remains your responsibility even where the bot publishes it under its own account. Our Content Policy sets out what is prohibited, how to report it, and the enforcement action we may take — including immediate removal and permanent termination without refund for content that sexually exploits minors.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether any use constitutes a violation of these Terms.
When the bot first joins your Discord server, that server is automatically enrolled in a free one (1) month Pro trial from the date it joins, giving access to all features for the duration of the trial. The trial is granted once per server and is tied to the server's first-ever join date; removing and re-inviting the bot does not reset, extend, or re-issue it. After the trial period ends, continued access to the paid features requires an active Pro subscription, subject to the free tier described in clause 5.2.
A server with no active subscription retains limited, no-cost access to certain modules — currently Giveaways (in a basic form, subject to a cap on the number created per rolling 30-day period and excluding certain customization and prize-claim features), Welcome & Goodbye messages (excluding certain link-button and automatic-nickname features), Leveling (excluding certain curve, reward, prestige and boost features), Forms (subject to a cap on the number of forms available for use) and Support Tickets (subject to a cap on the number of ticket types, or departments, available for use). All other modules are paused until a subscription is active.
The free tier is provided at our discretion. The modules it covers, and the allowances applied to each, may be changed, reduced, or withdrawn at any time without notice, and are not part of any paid plan you purchase. Your server's configuration is retained while a plan is inactive and is not deleted by the expiry of a trial or subscription, subject to clause 8 (Data & Privacy).
The Pro plan is a flat-rate, prepaid subscription billed upfront in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. It includes all feature modules — there is no per-feature or per-module pricing — and you select only how many months to subscribe for. There are no recurring automatic charges: each subscription period is a one-time payment that you must renew manually.

Prices are displayed in the dashboard and are subject to change. The price shown at the time you initiate checkout is the price you will be charged.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
The total amount shown in the dashboard is a preview only. The authoritative price is always computed server-side at checkout. Submitting a modified or manipulated payment request does not entitle you to a subscription. Any discrepancy between the client-side preview and the server-side total will result in rejection of the order.
All payments are non-refundable once a subscription period has been activated, except where required by applicable law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for Indian customers).
If the service is significantly unavailable during a paid subscription period due to an outage caused by us, you may contact us for a pro-rated credit or extension. Refunds or credits are granted at our sole discretion in such cases.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the payment.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot depends on Discord's API, which may experience its own outages. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavour to notify users in advance via our support server or the dashboard.
Downtime caused by Discord's platform, third-party services (Razorpay, OpenAI, Twitch, YouTube), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
The Azra software, dashboard, branding, and documentation are the exclusive property of Bluebell Solutions LLP. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the service.
You retain full ownership of any content (moderation reasons, custom messages, server configurations) you enter into the service. By saving that content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server and deleting your dashboard session. You may also request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the service, without prior notice, if you:
Upon termination of a paid subscription by us due to a Terms violation, no refund is provided. Upon termination by us for any other reason, we will provide a pro-rated credit for the unused period.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bluebell Solutions LLP and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluebell Solutions LLP from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the service, or your content.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, local mandatory consumer protection laws may also apply.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify you via the dashboard or our support server. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
