Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They are used to make sites work, to remember your choices, and sometimes to follow you around the internet. Some sites also use local storage, which is a larger store in the same browser that behaves much the same way. This policy covers both, and treats them under the same rules.
Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them), and first-party (set by the site you are on) or third-party (set by another domain embedded in the page).
The first time you visit, we ask before storing anything that is not strictly necessary. Until you answer, nothing optional is stored — not while you browse, not if you ignore the question, and not if a content blocker hides it. You are offered three answers:
| Choice | What happens |
|---|---|
| Accept all | All three groups below are switched on. |
| Reject non-essential | Only the strictly necessary group is used. Preferences and referral attribution are switched off, and anything either had already stored on this device is deleted. |
| Reject everything | Nothing at all, including the strictly necessary group. Because those cookies are what keep you signed in and protect the site against cross-site request forgery, we cannot provide Azra to you without them — so the site is switched off on your device and stays that way until you allow them back. We sign you out, delete the optional data, and do not attempt to work around your decision. |
One cookie survives every answer, including “reject everything”: the
record of the answer itself (azp). We keep it because a refusal we cannot remember is a
refusal we cannot honour — on your next request we would simply ask again and, worse, treat you
as undecided. It holds three digits and a date. It contains no identifier, is never sent anywhere
else, and cannot be used to recognise you.
If you are signed in, we also keep a record of the choice on our side. Data protection law requires us to be able to demonstrate that consent was given, and a record that exists only in your browser cannot do that. So when you are signed in we store, against your Discord user ID, which groups you allowed, which version of this notice you saw, and when — one row each time your answer changes, including when you withdraw it. We store nothing here for visitors who are not signed in: doing so would mean creating an identifier for you, which would be more intrusive than the two optional cookies it exists to justify.
You can change your mind at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or by clearing cookies for this site in your browser.
Always on. These do not carry a switch because without them there is no service to provide.
| Name | Where | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
token |
Cookie |
Your sign-in session after you authorise with Discord. Read-only to the server
(HttpOnly), so no script on any page can read it.
|
7 days, or until you sign out |
csrf_token__Host-csrf_token |
Cookie |
Security token proving a form submission came from a page we served, not from another site
acting in your name. The __Host- name is the production variant.
|
7 days |
azp |
Cookie | The record of the cookie choice you made here, so we can honour it. | 6 months, then we ask again |
azra:navperms:<server> |
Local storage | A short-lived copy of your own permissions for a server, so the signed-in dashboard can draw its menu without waiting for a round trip. Only present once you are signed in. | Until you sign out or clear site data |
Optional. Off unless you allow them. These only make the site more convenient; none of them identifies you, and none is read by anyone but your own browser and our server.
| Name | Where | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
currency |
Cookie | The currency prices are displayed in. It does not change what you are charged or which payment processor is used — both are decided server-side from your region. | 6 months with your consent. Without it we still honour the switch you just clicked, but only for the current browsing session. |
azra:sidebarCollapsed |
Local storage | Whether you collapsed the dashboard sidebar. | Until you clear site data |
azra:launchPromo:v1:dismissed |
Local storage | An announcement bar you dismissed, so it stays dismissed. | Until you clear site data |
azra:gw:createEmbed:<server> |
Local storage | The giveaway appearance settings you used last, so the next giveaway you create starts from them instead of from blank. | Until you clear site data |
Optional. Off unless you allow it.
| Name | Where | Purpose | Duration |

ref_code |
Cookie | If you arrived through a Refer & Earn link, the referring partner’s code, so their commission is credited if a server you manage subscribes, and so your first-purchase discount survives the sign-in redirect. It is first-party, is never shared with any advertising network, and is not used to build a profile of you. | 30 days |
If you decline this and later change your mind, re-open the referral link before you subscribe.
We set no advertising cookies, run no analytics or product-telemetry scripts, embed no tracking pixels, and perform no cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use cookies to build profiles or infer interests. The server-usage statistics shown inside the dashboard are measured by the Discord bot from events in your own server — they have nothing to do with your browser.
A few pages load resources from other companies. None of them is an advertising or analytics service, and none is loaded to observe you.
| Provider | Where | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Razorpay | Checkout, INR payments | Loads its checkout widget and may set its own cookies for the payment flow and fraud prevention. Governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy. |
| Dodo Payments | Checkout, non-INR payments | Merchant of record for payments outside India. Checkout happens on Dodo’s own hosted page under its privacy policy. |
| Google Fonts | All pages |
Serves the site’s typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and
fonts.gstatic.com. It sets no cookies, but as with any request to another
server, your IP address is visible to it.
|
| unpkg · jsDelivr | All pages · analytics charts | Open-source content delivery networks serving the icon set and the charting library. They set no cookies; your IP address is visible to them as above. |
| Discord | Sign-in, avatars, uploaded images | You sign in with Discord OAuth2 on Discord’s own domain, and images are served from Discord’s CDN. Both are governed by Discord’s privacy policy. |
Your browser can block or delete cookies independently of the choice you made here:
Deleting our cookies signs you out and clears the record of your choice, so we will ask again on your next visit. Blocking all cookies for this site has the same effect as choosing “reject everything”: the dashboard cannot sign you in.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. We do not track you across sites in the first place, so these signals change nothing about what we store. Your choice on this site is what governs.
Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent, which the EU ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3)) and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 both permit for storage that is essential to deliver a service you asked for. Everything else is used only on your consent, which is freely given (refusing costs you nothing but convenience), specific (each group is separately switchable), informed (this page, linked from the request itself) and as easy to withdraw as to give (the same footer link, one click, on every page). We record no consent before it is given, and we treat silence as refusal.
For how we handle personal data more broadly, including your rights of access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal, see our Privacy Policy.
If we introduce a new cookie or a new group, this page is updated and the effective date above changes. A new group is treated as unconsented until you say otherwise, so you will be asked again rather than opted in.
