What "Free after trial" means: when your 1-month trial ends and a server has no active plan, five modules stay available, each keeping its core behaviour and losing either an option or an amount. Giveaways keep running in a basic form — a capped number per rolling 30 days, without appearance customization (embed image/thumbnail/author/footer/custom fields) or the prize-claim ticket system. Welcome & Goodbye keeps the whole message — both messages, all three styles including the image designer, the channel post and the DM, auto-roles, the mention line and every placeholder — plus a capped number of link buttons under the message; Pro lifts that cap and adds link buttons in the DM and auto-nicknames for new members. Leveling keeps XP from every source, level roles, the leaderboard and level-up announcements in all three styles; Pro adds the custom curve and multipliers, the level-rewards table, prestige and XP boosts. Forms keeps every question type, panels, the review queue and the CSV export across a capped number of forms, and Support Tickets keeps the whole platform — unlimited tickets, SLAs, staff, automation and transcripts — across a capped number of ticket types. Every other module pauses. Nothing is deleted — all your settings, levels, tickets and analytics are kept (including the forms and ticket types past the cap, which simply stop being offered), and everything switches back on the moment you upgrade to Pro.
