Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Azra is a Discord bot and web dashboard service operated by Bluebell Solutions LLP ("Bluebell", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect when you use the Azra Discord bot or the Azra web dashboard, how we use it, and what choices you have.

By adding the bot to your Discord server or signing in to the dashboard, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Discord Account Data

When you sign in via Discord OAuth2 we receive from Discord and store:

• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar hash
• Your Discord OAuth access token — used solely to fetch the list of servers you manage; it is stored in your server-side session and never exposed to other users
• Whether your account is marked as an admin within our system (based on the BOT_OWNER_IDS list)

2.2 Server (Guild) Data

When the bot joins a Discord server we store:

• The Guild ID — the unique identifier for your Discord server
• Any bot configuration you save via the dashboard or slash commands (e.g., moderation settings, welcome message text, leveling rates, reaction-role panel definitions)
• Channel and role metadata fetched from Discord's API to populate dashboard dropdowns — we do not store message content from your channels

2.3 Moderation Records

Actions taken through moderation commands are recorded:

• Warnings, kicks, bans, timeouts, and the text entered as a reason by a moderator
• The Discord user IDs of the moderator and the target member
• Timestamps of each action

These records form an audit trail visible to server administrators via the dashboard.

2.4 Analytics Data

We collect aggregate server metrics to power the analytics dashboard:

• Daily counts of messages sent, member joins, and member leaves
• Daily unique active user counts (by user ID, not by message content)
• Voice channel minutes tracked per user for the leveling XP system

We do not store the content of individual messages in analytics — only numerical counts.

2.5 Payment Data

Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We store:

• Razorpay order ID and payment ID
• Amount paid (in INR paise), billing duration, and which features were purchased
• Payment status (created / paid / failed)

We never receive or store your card number, UPI ID, bank account details, or other payment instrument data. Those are handled exclusively by Razorpay and subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

2.6 AI Moderation (Optional)

If a server administrator enables AI-based content moderation, message content from that server is sent to the OpenAI API for classification. We do not store that message content — it is transmitted to OpenAI in real time and the response (whether to take action) is the only thing retained. OpenAI's handling of data is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

2.7 Social Integration Data

If you configure Twitch or YouTube notification integrations we store:

• Twitch username or YouTube channel ID you wish to monitor
• The Discord channel ID where notifications should be posted
• A custom notification message (if provided)
• The ID of the last event we delivered (to avoid duplicate notifications)

2.8 Session Data

When you are signed in to the dashboard, we maintain a server-side session in our database. The session record holds your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL, and expires after 30 days of inactivity or when you click "Log Out". 3. How We Use Your Data

• Operate the bot and dashboard — process commands, enforce configuration, display management pages
• Authentication — verify your identity and which servers you can manage
• Subscription enforcement — determine which features are active for a given server
• Moderation audit trails — let server admins review past actions
• Analytics — display growth charts and activity stats in the dashboard
• Social notifications — send Twitch/YouTube live alerts to Discord channels
• Payments — create Razorpay orders and verify successful payments
• Admin operations — internal tools used by Bluebell staff (identified by BOT_OWNER_IDS) to manage subscriptions and audit platform activity

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following parties, and only as needed to deliver the service:

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or disclose it to any other third parties.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS-only transport, parameterized database queries (no raw SQL interpolation), and server-side sessions (credentials are never stored in browser-accessible storage). No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• Access — a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — removal of your account data (moderation records in servers you do not own may be retained by the server owner's request)
• Portability — your data in a machine-readable format

8. Children's Privacy

Azra is not directed at children under the age of 13. Discord's own Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may notify you via the dashboard or a post in our support server. Continued use of Azra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
