Azra is a Discord bot and web dashboard operated by Bluebell Solutions LLP ("Bluebell", "we", "us", "our"). This policy governs all content that server administrators supply to Azra and that Azra then stores, renders, or publishes on their behalf — including images uploaded through the dashboard, welcome and goodbye designs, giveaway and reaction-role embeds, sticky messages, ticket transcripts, and any text or image URL entered into a configuration field.
It applies in addition to the Terms of Service, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, all of which continue to apply to every server using Azra.
You must not upload to, configure in, or publish through Azra any content that:
Sexually explicit content involving adults is not permitted in any content Azra publishes on your behalf, regardless of your server's age-gating or NSFW channel settings.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors. This is the one category on which there is no appeal, no warning, and no discretion.
Where we identify or are notified of such material:
If you encounter such material anywhere on Discord, report it to Discord and to the authorities above. Do not download, forward, or screenshot it — doing so may itself be an offence. If it was published by Azra, notify us at [email protected] with the message link and server ID only; do not attach the material to your report.
Azra posts messages using its own bot account, which means content supplied by a server may appear under Azra's name. This does not make it ours. Content uploaded or configured by a server's administrators remains their content and their responsibility, and we retain records identifying which account supplied it (see section 8).
We do not pre-screen or continuously monitor content supplied by servers, and we do not undertake any general obligation to do so. We act on the reports we receive and on the automated checks we run.

Do not attach the content itself to any report. A link and an ID are sufficient for us to locate and remove it.
Security vulnerabilities go to security disclosure instead, not to this address.

These targets reflect our obligations as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
Depending on severity and history, we may take any of the following:
Except where the law or the severity of the content requires immediate action, we will tell the server owner what was removed and why. If you believe we acted in error, reply to the notification or write to [email protected]; complaints about an enforcement decision are resolved within 15 days.
When an image is uploaded through the dashboard, we record the uploading account's Discord user ID, the server it was uploaded for, a cryptographic hash of the file, its size and format, and the time of upload. We keep these records so that reported content can be attributed to the account responsible, removed reliably, and — where required — disclosed to Discord or to law enforcement under a lawful request.
These records are retained independently of a server's configuration data and are not deleted when Azra is removed from a server. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data generally.
