Forms

Multi-step Discord forms with conditional questions and a reviewable response queue — applications, feedback, bug reports and signups, with or without a support ticket behind them.

Slash /form

Members answer forms from a panel button; these exist for the two things staff want to do without leaving Discord — put a form in front of somebody now, and see what came in.

Command What it does Permission
/form open <form> Fill in a form now. Runs the same guard the panel button does, so limits and cooldowns apply identically. Forms
/form list Every form this server accepts. Forms
/form post <form> Post one form as a button in this channel. Not a stored panel — build those on the dashboard. Forms
/form responses <form> [status] The most recent responses with their review state. An anonymous form never names its submitters. Forms
/form review <response> <state> [note] Set one response’s review state. Deciding an application is gated apart from listing forms. Accept / Reject Form Responses

Text Text commands

!form open does not exist and cannot: starting a form means showing a modal, and Discord only allows one in reply to an interaction — a text message is not one. Alias: !forms

Command What it does Permission
!form list List the server’s forms. Forms
!form post <name> Post one form as a button in this channel. Forms
Other modules

Every other part of Azra that adds commands to your server.

Notes that apply everywhere

Text commands

Every text command is shown with the default ! prefix. Your server can change it (!prefix <new>, or the dashboard), and @mentioning the bot always works as a prefix whatever you set — so @Azra help is a reliable way back in if you forget it.

Permissions

Azra does not read Discord's own permissions to decide who may run what — it has its own Permission Manager, and the server owner and Discord Administrators always hold everything. A capability is an action, not a command path: denying Ban blocks /mod ban, !ban and the right-click Quick Ban together, so a restriction cannot be dodged by switching surface.
